We are deemed to have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
What information we collect
When you send an email to one of our NDRIIIG email address we collect or use the following personal information you provide in that email:
- Names and contact details (such as email address, postal address)
- Any other information or attachment(s) provided in your email
All information is treated confidentially and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.
Why we collect your data & how we use it
- to send group-related mailings to you
- to process membership applications and renewals
- to process Richard III’s North booklet orders
How long we keep information
- For as long as you remain a member of the NDRIIIG
- Until you ask the NDRIIIG to delete your data
- Until you withdraw your consent to us keeping your information

Breaches of Personal Data
If a breach of personal data (eg: loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, unauthorised access) occurs we will disclose to you without undue delay so you may take relevant action. Any notifiable breaches will also be reported to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office within 72 hrs.
